  This Lowe's is SO bad I've given up on them and started shopping at Home Depot a few blocks away. The service here is HORRIBLE!!! You can never find any help or even a manager, and the customer service area is a joke. Always a long line, and they don't even answer the phone if you try to call them. I was told by an employee that they can't find help because the applicants don't pass the drug test. That's funny, Home Depot has great service and there is always someone there to help. The Hendersonville Lowe's has earned the name "SLOWES" because it is so poorly run. Clearly no one cares.
