  DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR A HOT WASH of your clothing, the water delivered to my machines for the extra 50 cents is still just as COLD as if you had paid $3.00 for the cold wash. Apparently HOT is a relative TERM at NORM'S The staff is too busy talking to "friends" to be concerned that those washers are CRAP! YOU HAVE TO Wait until they are done with their "friends" and after they are done treating you like garbage they will give you a generic post it note to file a complaint on ..... post it EQUALS GARBAGE CAN . watched the "cashier" toss it to the floor after I gave my name number and complaint. WILL DRIVE ACROSS TOWN FOR HOT WATER, and HOPE THAT SOME SCHMUCK RUNNING THAT LAUNDROMAT ACTUALLY CARES THAT ITS A PPPHUCKING LAUNDROMAT! AVOID NORM's LOCATIONS ITS FOR SHEEEIT! Unless of course you like paying extra for hot water and getting cold water... having staff treat you like pond scum and of course watching your complaint go into a trash can minutes after you submit it.
